Organizational Meeting

Well folks...it was just me and my hubby again. I will continue to do what I want and desire since I am the only one participating in preparations. Hope you all enjoy my ideas!!!

Shifting paradigm of mental health treatment using FOOD!

I will offer a workshop describing the concept of micronutrients, phytonutrients, chemical reactions of different foods and how they affect the mind, mood, and emotions! I will discuss the latest research on broad-based micronutrient treatment, theoretical basis for this treatment on mental disorders, principals and protocols for treatment, and safety and legal considerations for practitioners.
